Endstille dissociates itself from right-wing political beliefs, stating that black metal "is in its principle unpolitical." In 2015, the band announced a new album called "Finis Germaniae", but it never came out.

After achieving mainstream recognition in all major German Metal magazines, ENDSTILLE cemented their status as their country’s leading Black Metal act with the acclaimed albums “Verführer” (2009) and “Infektion 1813” (2011).
