She's currently the Artistic Director of Oregon Youth Ballet, where she teaches, choreographs full-length ballets and trains dancers for the Youth America Grand Prix. She is available for master classes and choreography commissions.

Erica Pereira was born in Northport, New York. She began studying ballet at the age of 8 and enrolled at Ballet Academy East from the age of ten. In 2005, Ms. Pereira began studying at the School of American Ballet, the official school of New York City Ballet.

ERICA ALVARADO was born in Tucson, Arizona, and arrived at BalletMet for the 2022/23 season via Atlanta Ballet, City Ballet of San Diego, Milwaukee Ballet, and Ballet Tucson. Alvarado began her dance training at Ballet Arts in Tucson, under the direction of Mary Beth Cabana, and she attended many prestigious summer intensives.

Erica Cornejo trained at the Arts Institute of the Colon Theatre in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At age 14, she won a gold medal at the Second International Ballet Competition in Argentina and was immediately invited to join Julio Bocca's Ballet Argentino.

Academy Director Erica Fischbach enjoyed a 20-year professional ballet career with American Ballet Theatre and Pacific Northwest Ballet before embarking on her current teaching and directing career. Ms. Fischbach is fully certified in the American Ballet Theatre National Training Curriculum as well as Pilates and the Gyrotonic Method.
