The tech MBA is waaaay overkill IMO, you could go get a real MBA in half the time you’d spend on all the badges required for it (and receive like 10x the recognition as well, their tech mba isn’t respected much at all)

2021年2月5日 · I don't believe having an EY Hult MBA would make you any more attractive to companies than being an EY employee to begin with. I do, however, feel the EY Hult MBA is a good way to motivate you to learn. Badges seem almost like a way to gamify the learning experience (similar to how Lyft provides badges to its driver to motivate them to continue).

2021年1月6日 · Can someone give me a run down on EY badges? My understanding is that these are trainings you do through EY. Are they done on the clock? Obviously it would make an intern look better, but is it necessary/expected? I'm going to try and do one regardless. I'm jw. Also, same concern towards CSR events. I like the idea of giving back and all that jazz.

To earn the EY Tech MBA by Hult, EY people will need to complete 16 Badges spanning technology, leadership and business topics as well as a final capstone project.
