2023年9月7日 · My pressures are relatively high which I was prescribed a more expensive bipap machine. I too have a beard that I have warn all of my adult life and don't plan to shave it. I do keep it under a half inch in length since starting treatment to aid in mask seal. I use the F20 mask and found it to be the best of the lot I have tried.

2020年11月13日 · My F20, F means Full face and it gets set to full face. I have the Pillow cushions for the *30i, so mine is either Pillows/P30i or Nasal/N30i depending on which cushion I snap on the frame. The best answer is look at the mask package on ResMed brand masks, it should state what setting is best.

2023年6月11日 · I love my F20 full face mask - it fits well, makes a good seal, is comfortable - but when I turn over at night, I would end up with a high leak, so my average for the month would be 10-15. What really worked for me is a 30" length of a 2" wide foam strap that goes around my the mask and my head, in addition to the straps that come with the mask.

2025年1月5日 · That done, I wire-tie mask and hose into a coil, place the entire coil on top of a warm TV cable box and allow it to dry for several hours. One wants to be sure the screen and hose are dry. I use tap water for cleaning, then flush 6-8 oz. distilled water through the Waterpik.

2020年10月22日 · The complete mask assembly must be used as soon as possible, I have found they spoil after some time in storage. Even in its unopened box and bag it/they had gone bad. I suspect as the mask assembly is NOT sealed as the replacement cushions are, the unsealed bagged mask lets air in or elastomers out and decomposes the foam.

2017年6月11日 · I use the F20 mask and had the same problem of a large red mark on the top portion of the bridge of my nose every morning. I solved that problem by buying a roll of plastic surgical tape at the grocery store and placing a small piece over the top bridge of my nose. Lo and behold, problem solved.
