2025年1月26日 · When I took the clamshell apart, there was already one installed, so I've got one for my second BGS kit (which also lacks the other bi-pod parts). I think the front sight is correct. It is marked with a "3" and includes what Mark at ARS shows as an "early" front sight spring.

2011年2月19日 · Has anyone built any of the early Belgian BGS FAL kits that APEX had? I got a kit and it turned out to be a Type B kit with a Type A stock and a wood carry handle. Also got a very nice BGS wood grip from someone on FAL Files for free (great guys over there!)

2014年3月25日 · The BGS is a 4 digit early with wood butt and pistol grip. The G1 has the plastic grip and wood butt. As soon as I can I will post some pictures. The BGS is matching serial number on lower, carrier and bolt. The G1 is a mismatched set but nice with a great barrel. Since the BGS had no barrel with it I have been barrel shopping.

Original Belgian parts, including wood "A" type buttstock and pistol grip, and stamped metal handguards &buttplate. Original 21" barrel with flash hider, and front sight block assembly. Shows some signs of wear, marring, scratches, dents, chips, etc...
