Information Technology Services (ITS) is the central IT organization for Florida State University, providing IT support and technology leadership to a robust community of more than 50,000 students, faculty, staff, alumni and retirees.

The ITS Service Desk is the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, alumni, retirees and visitors who need IT support and services associated with ITS and University partners. The Service Desk strives to provide quick and effective responses to those in need of tech help.

The myFSU Service Center, powered by Salesforce Service Cloud, is a customer support system that makes it easy to get (and give) help with general university questions, tech troubles and more. Use the system to submit a case or search the knowledge base for hundreds of self-help articles for quick, DIY troubleshooting.

ITS offers dozens of technology services to the FSU community, from email and online training to Wi-Fi and websites. The ITS service catalog is designed to make it easy to find information about and request university IT services in just a couple clicks.

FSU recently implemented multi-step verification to access sensitive information on select pages in OMNI HR and Student Central. OneDrive for Business, a free cloud storage service from Microsoft, makes it easy to store up to 5 TB of files in one secure, access-it-anywhere location.
