2022年4月21日 · The Board reviewed a report that outlines the FTA’s accomplishments over the last year and the first quarter of 2022, documents the progress made on existing projects, and lists statistics regarding Value Added Tax (VAT), Excise Tax, Tax Returns, tax payments, and refund requests that have already been processed.

The Board reviewed a comprehensive progress report on various ongoing development projects and the FTA’s recent achievements and agenda for the future. Additionally, the Board approved the Authority’s financial statements for the second quarter that ended on June 30, 2021, in accordance with international accounting standards.

2023年4月30日 · During its meeting, chaired by His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the FTA Board of Directors reviewed the progress made in implementing the integrated tax system, as well as the results of the successful launch of the FTA’s advanced integrated digital tax services platform, EmaraTax.

The FTA Board of Directors and FFTA Board of Trustees are comprised of industry members seeking to put leadership experience to use by overseeing and guiding FTA and its Foundation.

Our operations are directed and governed by our board of trustees comprising tax administrators representing all regions of the country, with the IRS commissioner holding an ex-officio board member role.
