When you attempt to Master Reset the phone, it requires you to enter a security code. Unfortunately we cannot find the original paperwork, and all our guesses are incorrect. 2011年11月23日 · May have to do a factory (hard) reset for this problem. Page 8-9 of the User Guide. Will wipe out any apps you installed. Also any data on the factory installed apps, but not the apps themselves which are write protected.

2010年3月5日 · No sound comes from the earpiece on my 2 month old LG 15G Sunrise, but speaker & earphones work. Did a factory reset but to no avail so I guess it’s warranty time. Yippee, I can’t wait. This is one of those $10 phones that Walmart sells & is a secondary phone to my LG 840G feature phone.

2016年8月26日 · It should not affect TracFone service, but you will have to set up phone and may have to reinstall app depending on "Settings - Backup and reset" option and effectiveness for the phone. Be sure to save pictures, etc off internal storage to microSD or PC.
