Anyone using FAST EZ-EFI? Having problems with mine.
2010年7月9日 · Hi, I have a Fast efi 2.0 for my ford motorsport 302, 345 hp. After considerable tuning I have set the idle at 14.4, cruise at 14.7 and WOT at 14.0, accel fuel to -7. Ignition 20 up to 35, load 70->wot. It runs very good at load up to 70 at any rpm, and it is learning.

2016年6月12日 · Where I did have a bunch of problems was electrical interference between the MSD and EFI system. The symptom was the handheld for the ECU would lose comms with the ECU. Apparently the handheld and the ECU are very susceptible to noise (voltage spikes) on the control power input triggered by the 12V Switched Power (Ignition).

2016年2月7日 · I too have the 2.0 system and went with the throttle body (black carb-looking). It controls the timing as well. Very easy to install and programming is a breeze. As Arvin mentioned, you will need a high output Fuel pump. I went with the package from Fast that included the end tank fuel pump and plumbing.

2010年8月19日 · I too was ready to purchase the system and then followed Jerry's tread and decided to go with a Powerjection unit. The main reason was support; Wayne is a vendor here so I know any problems will be answered quickly. Also unlike the Fast system, you have more flexibility in tuning.

Im using the FAST 2.0 EFI on a 427w install with the FAST external fuel pump kit with a regulator on the return line. Fuel pump is a Walbro GSL392 which is rated to 650hp. Installation was simple enough and engine fired and ran smoothly 1st crank.

2019年8月31日 · 1. I had the EZ-EFI 2.0 system, which can't be hooked up to a computer. Tuning through the handheld is not really an option. The EFI system would need to be upgraded to a Sportsman ECU at a cost of about $1200!! 2. The O2 sensor is only on 1 cylinder. This setup probably causes the idle issue mentioned above.

2020年4月12日 · Kind of ugly. Finally measured everything. The air cleaner is 13"x13"x4", while the hood scoop is about 11+" wide at the air cleaner location. Enough height so the FAST air cleaner fits, but I guess when the engine rocks back and forth, the air cleaner hits the button head screws holding the hood scoop on. So, time to replace the air cleaner.

2015年5月19日 · Fast EZ Not a Fan Many issues Poor Tech support ( have not proven it but I feel would work well if using a EFI cam. MSD atomic had the same issues as the Fast EZ but I changed the cam to a b-303 and the car runs awesome. New edelbrock pro flo works well no problems once started driving Mass-flo Good system great tech support good looking when done.
