根据行内专家的经验,Fe2p最好不要分峰,而是与其它样品进行比对,因为分峰随意性很大,而且分出的每个峰必须有物理意义。 最好采用其它方法定量分析。 我所做铁催化剂的XPSFe2p分峰有明显的卫星峰。 现在我需要计算二价和三价铁的比例,但是我不知道峰面积是否需要把相应的二价铁和三价铁卫星峰的峰面积也加上去一起算? 求教各位有经验的虫友,我改怎么计算这个峰面积。
