Feb 10, 2018 · FPE, FFJ, ect is a nutrient solution. LABS or Kefir is a beneficial bacteria I've been experimenting with adding FFJ to the kefir for a 2F with what seems to be good results. I bought my grains from etsy for under $10 I feel like I must say I'm completely experimenting here with the kefir and have not talked to anyone else who is doing this.
