Removing the cover is easy and reveals the HV connection (power feed from the Rear HVJB), lots orange insulating plastic, and a single PCB. A quick look at the PCB reveals four HV fuses and a busy power circuit.

2023年7月26日 · Remove and discard the bolts (x4) that attach the Front Junction Box (FJB)-to-front drive unit HV harness to the FJB. Remove the bolt that attaches the FBJ-to-front drive unit HV harness to the front drive unit. Remove the FJB to front drive unit HV harness from the vehicle. Position the FJB to front drive unit HV harness in the vehicle.

For this reason, if you want to easily control the battery heater, a front HVJB is required. As mentioned in the Tesla Model S Front HVJB article, the control pins are on the Molex MX 150 plug found on this unit. The LV connector on the bottom left side is a 12-pin Molex MX150 series (Molex p/n: 33472-1201).

2021年7月18日 · My understanding is the PWM signal goes into the Tesla front HVJB to operate the heater. I am trying to figure out what product I need to produce the desired PWM signal to send into the FHVJB so it will operate the heater and produce the desired temp, not exceeding a set temperature.
