2018年12月19日 · My neighbor has a HD-10B 3865 Crawler Tractor. He has a service manual for an HD-11 Crawler tractor (prior to serial #6427). The hand clutch described in service manual says it should be adjusted to 25-30 pounds using a spring scale. We have adjusted adjuster ring to increase tension and the most we can get is 15 pounds on scale.
