2023年1月29日 · I think the problem was someone copied a .app file from a Mac to their OneDrive, and this is one of the subfolders of that, so Windows is confused. Thanks for any tips to delete this through Windows or any utilities I may need to use to delete the file somehow if Windows cannot natively.
