2019年8月16日 · Locate iTunes backups in Catalina My phone recently became broken, so I'm trying to restore my new phone to an older backup. The problem is that I also recently updated to os Catalina, so iTunes (and all my iTunes backups) are gone. If I plug in the new phone, it doesn't recognize it, and doesn't prompt anything about asking to restore to a backup.

2017年6月16日 · Yes, they were listed all along until I moved the folder away. A backup folder corresponding to my device was created in E:\backup\linked itunes backup by iTunes after the backup process. So everything looks to be working just fine. It's strange that iTunes cannot detect the same backup file in target folder after it was created.
