2015年12月6日 · For FL-170, do I need to address anything for the spousal support question if I don't want support and it wasn't addressed in the petition? Would answering for myself (I knowingly give up forever any right to receive spousal or partner support) be correct? For FL-180, do I need to still check 4 (i) and 2 (petitioner)?

A FL-170 Declaration for Default or Uncontested Dissolution is used in either case - if the Petitioner has had the Respondent's Default entered, or if the parties have agreed to settlement terms. A FL-165 Request to enter Default is used when the Respondent failed to respond to the Petition within 30 days after service of process.

You should go to your local superior court self help facility and have them help you prepare the appropriate package to get your divorce processed. If the papers are not done correctly and submitted correctly it can be a long and frustrating process getting everything kicked back to you.

2011年11月18日 · With the judgment, you need FL-180, FL-170, FL-144 (waiving the "Final" i.e. updated versions of FL-142 and FL-150 so you don't have to do it all again), FL-130 and FL-190. Read the instructions carefully on all, particularly on FL-190, because you must provide 2 self-addressed stamped envelopes with that for the court to mail it back to you.

2011年12月3日 · The FL-170 is only filed by the Petitioner, as it is a Declaration for Default or Uncontested Dissolution. The FL-330 is a Proof of Service. That is only necessary if one party or the other served a document on the opposing side.
