There's the "Filed" date that appears in the upper right as well as the date that appears in the box that says, "Effective date of termination of marital or domestic partnership status."

2012年11月10日 · The Fl-190 usually has a status ends date on it. So should the judgment. Weird the clerk did it thy way. Thus the date that the FILED stamp has is the effective date. For protection, you may want to go Ex Parte and have the judge sign and stamp a new judgment with the dates filled put properly using the intended date of what you received.
