What exactly it should be depends on the type of caster (for example, clerics and paladins will usually have one that somehow depicts their god/its symbol). In focus mode your movement is hindered and you get a reticle to aim your attacks. Wounds on the monster are highlighted with scoutflies while in focus mode to help you identify weak points. Focus mode also has a few "special moves" accessible only from focus mode for each weapon that will help you in creating wounds more easily.

As for my review, I graded it against my personal deficiencies (I have time-blindness, love stats, task initiation problems, super easily overwhelmed, need rewards, can’t focus, pretty bad emotional dysregulation, etc). It should also be noted that I am a student and so evaluated it for my student life, so my ratings are not completely universal.
