Every time an ally target with "Foxian Prayer" attacks, Fugue has a 100% base chance to reduce the attacked enemy target's DEF by 23%, lasting for 2 turn (s). Grants one ally "Foxian Prayer", which increases Break Effect, and enables to reduce Toughness when attacking enemies that don't have the corresponding Weakness Type.

Fugue, a shell of her past form Tingyun, is a Nihility Break support. What makes her special? She can afflict Exo Toughness on her enemies, equal to a percentage of the enemy’s Max Toughness.
