So GCPs are known coordinates. Those GCPs have been converted to orthographic coordinates by an experienced surveyor. Importing the images in CC Master, the pose is automatically set to WGS84, while the pose metadata are WGS84/EGM96 geoid (which appear to be the SRS adopted by DJI. Am I wrong?) The workflow we then followed is:

# apply GCPs (GIF driver from gdal 1.7.0 or newer) gdalwarp 19-20-Roeselare.gif 19-20-Roeselare_merc.tif from the attached screenshots notice that the original Lambert map projection does not have true-north as exactly vertical as GpsDrive expects (aka the convergence angle is too far from zero).

Here is our workflow currently: After completion of this initial Aerotriangulation, the GCPs would line up very close to the actual targets (within 3-8cm). The GCPs are then selected in the photos. There are a ton of different combinations of options under the Setting tab for keeping, adjusting and computing various options.

We have corrected this by adding GCPs and running a second aerotriangulation. When the PPK data is run though Pix4d we do not have this problem. We would really like to be able to run PPK tagged photos through contextcapture without GCPs.
