GHS是一个简称，全称是Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals，中文名称是《全球化学品统一分类和标签制度》。 目的是指导各国建立统一化学品分类和标签规范，在2003年由联合国发布第一版。

《全球化学品统一分类和标签制度》（ghs）是由联合国出版的作为指导各国控制化学品危害和保护人类和 环境的统一分类制度文件。 其封面为紫色又称为紫皮书。
