2002年4月1日 · In this study, we investigated molecular mechanisms underlying the biological effects of GKB on PMN. The effects of GKB on production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and phospholipase D activity of human PMN were studied. Our data indicate that both activities were stimulated by GKB and support a role of GKB as partial agonist of the Paf receptor.
