2023年3月21日 · There’s thousands of GX’s with 33’s or bigger on them. I have my ICON Stage 1 lift being installed right now. 2" rear, 2.5" front. 33" KO2 tires w/o rub or fender mods needed. Any pics? Does it fit spare location? My LT265/70/17 AT3W which on tirerack is 31.9” fits in the spare with the oem tow hitch with like 2mm space from rubbing the sway bar.

2017年1月21日 · The GX470 handles them pretty well with stock gears. The rubbing issue has to do with rim offset and the wheel cavity being so tightly designed for 31” tires at 10.4” width. I replaced the rims to 17x9 with -12 offset for my 285/70/17 BFG KOs which are essentially 32.7” tall by 11.2” wide.

Does the gX470 fit 33's without lift or other modifications? No. Largest tires you can fit without any modifications are 265/70R17 which is a 31.6” tire. You can fit a 32" 255/75r17 without any modifications. 33" 255/80r17 will require plastic trimming and possibly body mount chop depending on the truck and tire.
