2025年2月18日 · The activity recaps on the Garmin connect app do not indicate that my HRM was in use (as it used to before). I tried to manually connect the device in the watch menus yesterday but after a few minutes of running my watch lost track of my position and then seemed to switch back to wrist sensing. Garmin connect still didn't show the use of the HRM.

I noticed trying to repat it the third time the apps were having issues connecting to Garmin connect servers. Waited a couple of hours and set it again. How when connecting to HRM Pro it reported the firmware was up to date at 7.10. Maybe my issues before were related to Garmin server issues? All well now

2024年11月22日 · I have an HRM-Pro Plus which is about 13 months old. I have used it many times, but maintained it well. For most of that time it was a pleasure to use. Just turn on the Garmin 830 bike computer, or a 3rd party rowing machine, or an app on my phone and it would connect almost instantly. For the last few weeks that has changed.

Me and my friend have the same problem. Fenix 5s plus and Fenix 6s pro both with HRM-Pro (also tried HRM-Pro Plus). Straps don't record the distance (and therefore no pace either). HF and steps are downloaded to the activity/the daily step count though. We tried all settings (like distance - always etc) and various acitivities (indoor, outdoor).

2025年1月21日 · Decided to turn on my HRM ready for tomorrow's bike session so I don't forget again. Left the coffee shop, resumed activity and immediately get the HRM connected notification! So again, turned it off. Session completed, looked on Connect and my HRM is showing as being used for the walk activity!

HRM Pro still slide off and will slide off in pool, unlike HRM Swim, there are reviews on youtube - take a look. The HRM-Pro Plus accessory is designed primarily for open water swimming, but it can be used occasionally for pool swimming. The heart rate monitor should be worn under a swim suit or triathlon top during pool swimming.
