Since GLEAT started in the middle of the pandemic, we only have pandemic era attendance records to compare.

GLEAT I'm less familiar with but I understand they do mixed pro wrestling, shoot-style stuff, and legitimate MMA and it's all intertwined. I've seen some of their traditional wrestlers and there's some decent talents in there but I don't have a good sense of their booking, damn near everybody is super tan and beefy though.

Every month this year they've sold more tickets than the same month last year, with the exceptions of Feb and May which were both marginally behind their 2022 equivalents. 5.9k total tickets sold for the first 6 months of 2023, vs 4.1k for the first 6 months of 2022 - an increase of ~40%.

Oct 17, 2023 · If you like the hard-hitting puro style, I recommend sticking to UWF rules matches as GLEAT as slow started turning into a Dragon Gate's junior fest. Seek out Fujita Hayato's matches from this year, he's their current UWF Lidet Champion. I'm also a big fan of Seiko Ikemoto, he's a kickboxing guy but also an elite grappler.

Dec 1, 2022 · I believe gleat is free on YouTube so its a great choice on that. Subscribing to WU, you get both NOAH and DDT not to mention TJPW and Ganbare. DDT is a wrestling buffet, far more versatile then advertised. NOAH has actually started to stabilise well.
