The community village of 27 townhomes surround open green spaces. The Greek Leadership Village provides about 950 beds, shared kitchen space in each townhome and onsite accommodations for resident directors and chapter guests. The Greek Leadership Village Community Center on the property is the new hub for fraternity and sorority life.

The Greek Leadership Village is located on campus on the southeast corner of Rural and University off of Terrace Road. The village is comprised of 27 chapter houses organized as connected three- and four-story townhomes that create an identity for each house while maintaining a collegial sense of community.

The Greek Leadership Village will provide facilities and amenities that will support the leadership, personal and academic development of ASU’s robust fraternity and sorority experience for years to come.
