2022年9月29日 · I don't see anything in the changelog for Golbat -> Crobat. Are you sure it isn't holding anything blocking evolution? Try saving (in-game, not save state), restarting and trying again?

You can check on the summary page if Golbat has enough friendship, as there should be a heart next to their picture. Once the heart is half full, then it should have enough happiness to evolve.

EDIT: It happened! At lvl 165! Which is good to know, that friendship evolutions can happen past lvl 100. I gave him candies and picked a route where Flying moves would wipe most things. I keep trying to get this evolution, letting my Golbat win battles and I always make sure to heal him. But the little bastard refuses to evolve!

2023年10月18日 · Keeping Golbat in your party at all times will help a lot. It’s happiness/friendship will go up just by walking around. Also you can give your Pokémon a haircut in the Goldenrod Tunnel which helps too!
