GORDON LISHMAN is the Editor of the Liberal & radical magazine NEW OUTLOOK. He grew up in N.E. Lancashire and has now returned there after living in Bradford and Northampton. He was for many years active in the Young Liberal Movement and was Political Vice-chairman of the National League of Young Liberals.
