Gork and Mork, the twin Greenskin Gods, resemble the Chaos Gods, the lost Eldar Gods, or the Emperor of Mankind's empowered soul within the Warp. Gork, brutal but cunning, is the primary deity of clobbering and smashing the galaxy into submission.

In the heat of battle, a warboss expresses the qualities to which every Ork aspires, and they become, in a sense, living avatars of Gork and Mork, the twin gods of the Orkish pantheon.
