2016年11月23日 · In this work, we perform first-principles calculations to study the magnetic anisotropy of monolayer VS 2. The magnetic preferential axis for H-VS 2 is in-plane. Meanwhile, the magnetic anisotropy energy (MAE) for T-VS 2 is so small that can be ignored. The microscopic origin of magnetic anisotropy in monolayer H-VS 2 is our focus in this research.
