Alternatively if you lower your TV package to be "choice" aka "limited basic" then the first two HD-DTA will have zero rental charge and a third would be 50 cents per month.

2020年4月9日 · Our DTA box stopped working yesterday - no light on the front (I believe it used to have a green light), no signal being received by the tv. I've checked, tightened and replaced all the cables. The support chat bot just keeps trying to restart it and telling me everything is fine, and gives me no other options.

This IS NOT the set top box and the Set Top Box that was installed a couple of years ago by the Comcast technician who responded to another DTA that would not display any picture, the technician replaced the one that was not working with one that has both coax and HDMI output.

2022年8月2日 · I need to order an additional TV adapter / box. I previously had what they used to cal a DTA (less expensive than a full fledged box). I only need to receive HD stations. I do NOT need any premium channels, or on demand. Just the TV stations. DOES COMCAST STILL OFFER A DTA?

2022年12月6日 · I have 1 set top box and 4 DTA boxes. The set top box (X1) works fine with no problems. My DTA boxes, however, will experience random problems with a blank screen output to the TV. The only solution seems to be to unplug the power cord, wait a few seconds, and then plug it back in again.

2020年9月29日 · This was happening on both my XG1v4 box and my non X1 HD-DTA. I eventually noticed that this was happening on a few other channels such as Comedy Central and AMC. I know how to check the diagnostics and signal levels on my equipment and noticed they were all occuring on the same frequency.

2020年5月29日 · You mentioned modem , but a modem is not necessary for watching Cable HDTV. The most reliable way to watch cable HD TV is via a tuner that does not require an internet connection, such as an HD-DTA. A device such as HD-DTA will provide perfect TV picture in cases where the signal is way too degraded for an internet modem.

2021年7月19日 · Setting favorites and filtering the guide to show them is an awesome X1 feature available on our X1 boxes, but unavailable on our DTA boxes. If you would like to view your favorites in another room, you can always upgrade that cable box to an X1 TV box. I can help you with that here, as well!
