Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 362 (VMM-362) is a United States Marine Corps squadron that operates MV-22 Osprey. The squadron, known as the "Ugly Angels", was reactivated on 17 August 2018 at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California.

A division of H-34D helicopters of HMM-362, the first Marine Corps helicopter squadron assigned to Vietnam, transported Vietnamese troops on a strike mission against Viet Cong positions in the Mekong Delta in May 1962.

In 1962, HMM-362 became the first Marine Helicopter squadron to serve in Vietnam (Operation "Shufly"), operating from Soc Trang. HMM-362 returned to Vietnam in 1965. Over the next four years, the squadron operated from Hue/Phu Bai, Ky Ha, and Marble Mountain, as well as at sea with the Special Landing Force.
