2012年6月16日 · For those of you who haven't yet gotten a chance to venture into an 8601A, the output hybrid is a little gold can as shown below. The one I reverse-engineered is marked 5086-7112, but the part was also sold under the part numbers 5086-3012 and 1820-0150.

2012年7月18日 · The HP 8601A has two frequency ranges and a lever switch to select 0-11MHz, and 0-110MHz, make sure its on the 11MHz range for best stability, and crank the handle to get 10.7 MHz on the "Mileometer" frequency display.

2016年1月23日 · Almost looks like it is modulated. The peak to peak of the tallest "ghost" sinewave is about the correct power output. The output of the HP 3336C as shown on the scope is 6.3 divisions *0.1v * 0.3535 = 0.2227v. 0 dBm into 50 ohms is 0.2236v, so the scope is showing as accurate of a reading as you can expect. So it is not the cable or the scope.
