2015年11月9日 · The amber LED on the F8 key indicates the microphone is muted. You likely muted it by (inadvertantly) pressing Fn and F8 together. To clear it, Press and Hold down Fn (Function) and press F8 again. If that does't clear it, press and hold down both the Function (Fn) and the Windows logo keys together, then press F8.

2018年6月18日 · F8 key is for calling Safe Mode or recovery options and it works for Windows - before Windows 8/8.1/10. By default this doesn't work on 8/8.1 or 10. If Windows came preinstalled by HP on this computer (OEM Windows), then F11 is your button. The computer should boot from it's recovery partition to open you various recovery options.
