2023年2月9日 · Any HRC site, including the MILPER latest messages, has been unavailable on several of my civilian networks, including phone. If I hop on the VPN, I get access just fine. Hopefully it's a temporary outage or misconfiguration, otherwise things are going to be rough for those of us TPUs.

The army looks at us and goes "nah, we don't need these dudes" even though I'm the ONLY ORGANIC AND GARAUNTEED INDIRECT FIRE ASSET TO AN INFANTRY BATTALION. Go and get IMLC, which is super important and essential? Nah, still ain't worth anything. Theres like 6 or 7 people in a battalion that can do my job. I think I'm kinda worth a little money.

2023年7月17日 · HRC is massively backed up on retirement packets. They have thousands in their que and they aren’t catching up any time soon. Edit: call or e-mail Amy D. Seitz-ward OR Sandra L. Rayas. They are the poc’s for Regular Army retirement and separations. If they don’t respond, Mr. Michael R. Mc Sweeney is the branch chief.

Luckily, boards have continued to use the legacy record briefs pulled at the end of last year, though they have been getting further and further out of date. HRC has published MILPER 23-210 that explains how boards will use them moving forward. Phase I: Archived Record Briefs - Ongoing through March 2023

This really never worked out and HRC essentially placed your at “Needs of the Army” saying something something about career progression. Sometimes, if you went to the ASK’s “Requisitions” tab, you would see something, but that was very rarely.
