Tomas Fox has been the Executive Director of Hoover Soccer Club since 2012 and has been with HSC since 2005. During his time at Hoover Soccer Club, he has built the club into one of the largest and most respected clubs in the state. He played a key role in the development of US National Team Chris Richards.
