Sep 27, 2024 · Called HWH and TWO WEEKS later they called back suggesting that it was most likely the 3000# pressure switch. Ordered and changed the switch with the same results - pump runs, jacks don’t. Called Newmar who suggested that it might be the shuttle valve or could be the MIMO controller that is mounted on top of the pump manifold.

Sep 1, 2011 · HWH hydraulic leveling jacks did not extend today. 2006 KSDP, Spartan chassis, mountain master, ifs. I talked with HWH tech, they said probably the pump is not working or a valve is stuck not letting the fluid to circulate. At the top of the block are two nuts connected to a "u" shaped piece.

Oct 26, 2017 · My HWH 325 has similiar circuit board with lights. Didn't read whole link above but the adjuster on the frame side is also the same. Simple enough. Have adjusted it a couple of times over the years. Doesn't matter what the lights say, refrig, microwave, and bath door have to not swing and pillow height must be right on. _____

Jun 8, 2011 · PowerGear, is the other large supplier of leveling systems for the motorhome industry. They too have their problems. My first coach had HWH and my last too had and have PowerGear. If I were going to chose one it would probably be HWH because PowerGear is not at all friendly to their customers. They will not take calls, or emails directly.

They took my info and a tech emailed me within 4 hours and diagnosed it perfectly. Bottom line is that it is a system pressure sensor switch that is stuck closed.
