2022年12月28日 · A low pressure sensor on my HWH pump started leaking big time when the pump was used. I called HWH and never got a call back. However I did some research and found the part number for the bad sensor. I filled out an HWH form online and the next day I got a call requesting my credit card number to pay for the part. The part was promptly shipped.

2023年10月31日 · i work for hwh corp. it does sound like the cylinder is bad, but the solenoid may not be. use an ohm meter to test the solenoid. you should read between 10 ohms and 16 ohms resistance between the black and white wires on the solenoid connector. paul maddox i work full time for hwh corp. i do not solicit part sales, or service work on this forum.

2024年9月27日 · Called HWH and TWO WEEKS later they called back suggesting that it was most likely the 3000# pressure switch. Ordered and changed the switch with the same results - pump runs, jacks don’t. Called Newmar who suggested that it might be the shuttle valve or could be the MIMO controller that is mounted on top of the pump manifold.

2024年9月2日 · No luck but they do reference a couple of "bearing pad-slide out" parts # P10370 and P14811 (manual says that is a vendor part #) but googling HWH and those part numbers don't work. Internet research is showing several references to a kit, RAP93601, but not sure if that will have what I am looking for. Edit to add also seeing a kit RAP91028.
