2013年7月2日 · We stayed at the Hale Koa for 10 days in 2009. I fell in love with the place:) and want to return for the day when we dock in Honolulu. I email the hotel direct last week and received a reply that my DH and are very welcome to spend the day there. I.D. is all that is required to use the restaurants, BX, and ect while there.

2005年9月18日 · Aloha, emmilu! Definitely not in walking distance. There is the public bus and I've seen the trolley at the pier (don't know cost), but guess you need to consider the luggage issue.

2005年9月29日 · Stayed there in January prior to our cruise. Loved it. Transfers from the airport were about $8 per person. Taxi to the pier was $16. We used a limo taxi and a van taxi for 9 people and each ran the $16. You will love the Hale Koa.

2009年8月8日 · The Hale Koa PX is on the lowest ground level in the "new" building. It is on the beach side of the hotel. There is also a barber shop as well that goes by appointments. Good hair cut at military rates. Rental cars were cheaper at Hale Koa when we were there last. Try to get an end balcony room overlooking the beach.

2022年7月26日 · My favorite is the Hale Koa Luau, but you need a DOD connection for that one. After that Experience Nutridge is my current favorite. Toa Luau is very popular, but it is up in Waimea. Chief's Luau and Paradise Cove Luau out at Ko Olina are very popular. If I had young kids, I might do the Aulani Luau, also Ko Olina.

2011年3月11日 · Thanks for the Hale Koa luau information. You said that non-military people could attend if seating was available. Does that mean that you can't make advance reservations? We have heard that it is very well done and would like to do that some day.

2007年4月16日 · We'll be staying at the Hale Koa the night before our cruise (4/21) and then for 3 nights after we return from the cruise (4/29)...has anyone attended the luau at the Hale Koa?
