Averted during the Rollercoaster Mine chase near the end, when it ends up becoming an actual rollercoaster at Happy World Land, the "Happy World Land Mine Bender" sign is painted like the rest of the background up until Mr. Hitcher slices it apart with his chainsaw.

They eventually exit the cave and come to a roller coaster-like incline, and when they reach the peak, they see a Happy World Land sign in the distance. A closer sign indicates they are actually on the “Happy World Land Mine Bender Ride.”

The Monorail gives them a tour of HappyWorldLand, and Plucky is excited with every thrill ride he sees. About 49 minutes into the movie Plucky was trying to figure out how long it would take for them to reach Happy World Land, and dropped this line.
