2022年4月5日 · In this study, the far-UV absorption spectra of mono- and multilayer hBN samples were recorded, and the PL spectra of the samples were measured by selective excitation at the energy of the resonance band observed in the absorption experiments. The results demonstrate the direct and indirect nature of the bandgap in hBN thin films.
