Original WWII German M42 no-decal steel combat helmet used by all branches of the Wehrmacht including the Heer and Waffen-SS late in the war. The helmet is maker marked at the rear of the steel skirt “NS64” for maker Vereinigte Deutsche nickelwerke / Schwerte and size 64.

Standard model M43 visored field cap for enlisted men in the Heer. Typical constructed heavy wool, field gray cap, two button front with a brown cotton lining. Cap is date marked “1944” and size marked “58 ½ ”.

This is a cut-off example of the Wehrmacht Heer M43 trapezoid cap insignia, originally issued for the Einheitsfeldmütze (standard field cap) introduced in 1943. Manufactured in the BeVo woven style, this insignia features the Wehrmacht eagle clutching a swastika above a national tricolor cockade, all set against a field-gray background.

New ATF reproduction of the mid-War pattern Feldbluse, issued to troops of the German Heer (Army). Christened "Model 43" by enthusiasts, this tunic is a further simplification of those made in the preceding years.

This final model of Wehrmacht field cap, which collectors have termed the M43, was based on the cap that had originally been issued to Wehrmacht mountain troops and featured the fold down ear flaps, as well as a visor.
