The Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant (HNHB) Indigenous Health Network (IHN) is made up of Indigenous health and social service providers across Hamilton, Niagara, Haldimand, Norfolk, Brant, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, and Six Nations of the Grand River.

The Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant (HNHB) region covers approximately 7,000 square kilometers, spans from Burlington to Fort Erie and from Burford to Cayuga, and includes more than 1.4 million residents. It encompasses Brant, Burlington, Haldimand, Hamilton, Niagara, Niagara North West and most of Norfolk County.

Meets the wholistic health needs of Indigenous Peoples across the region from an Indigenous perspective. Integrates traditional Indigenous knowledge and healing systems for healthy people and healthy communities. Commits to input from Indigenous communities regarding present and future programs and services.

The Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Regional Cancer Program oversees the quality and delivery of cancer services for the areas of Brant, Burlington, Haldimand, Hamilton, Niagara and Norfolk.
