2011年5月22日 · Hey guys I saw a Colt .22lr for sale at my local cabelas for 469.it was used but i thought maybe I can get this and convert it to 5.56 on the cheap? Is it possible to do this for cheap money or am i overlooking something. Oh and the sales guy was an idiot, and he had no idea what i was talking about.

2012年12月20日 · Yeah, Colt's 22LR AR is made by Umarex (sp?). Like others have already said, if you get a .22 with a regular lower then you can change it out to anything you want. But, Colt's .22 AR, Smith's M&P 15-22, and Sig's .22 AR all use a different lower.

2007年3月19日 · In your original post, you asked if the Glenfield Model 20 is the same as the Marlin model 80. It is not. The Glenfield 20 is an old pump-action .22, while the Marlin 80 is a bolt-action (similar to the Marlin 25). Not sure, but I would hazard a guess that the 80 and the 25 may be much more likely to be similar...but the model 80 stock will NOT fit the model 20.

2012年1月14日 · I have a GSG-522 which is the exact copy of the H&K MP5 in .22LR. Fun if you like the feel of that gun. I have a .22 upper on an AR as well but I LOVE this little gun. The accuracy is crazy, decent trigger and its fun and cheap to shoot. And super reliable after $30 in upgrades. Only 1 FTF in 2000 rounds too.

2011年11月19日 · The thing is, unless a .22lr AR is designed to take a .223/5.56 upper receiver, the internals of the .22 lower receiver can be comprimised due to the fact of a 5.56/.223 round is a extreme higher pressure chamber. So unless the manufacturer says that a .22 AR can accept a .223/5.56 upper receiver dont try it.
