集体安全条约组织 （英語： Collective Security Treaty Organization，簡稱為 CSTO；俄语： Организация Договора о Коллективной Безопасности， 縮寫 作 ОДКБ）是1992年5月15日签署的政府间军事联盟。 1992年 独立国家联合体 中的六个国家 俄罗斯 、 亚美尼亚 、 哈萨克斯坦 、 吉尔吉斯斯坦 、 塔吉克斯坦 和 乌兹别克斯坦 签署了“集体安全条约”（也称为“塔什干条约”）。 [1] 另外三个国家 阿塞拜疆 、 白俄罗斯 和 格鲁吉亚 在第二年签署了该条约，并于1994年生效。
