What are the differences between the HMQC and HSQC …
2017年8月30日 · There are a lot more HSQC and HMQC variants that are used, e.g. Sofast-HMQC or TROSY sequences that are used for larger molecules like proteins. Another interesting variant you should consider is the multiplicity-edited HSQC, where $\ce{CH2}$ signals will have the opposite sign from $\ce{CH}$ or $\ce{CH3}$ signals.
Product operator analysis for CHn groups in HSQC and HMQC
2020年5月16日 · And since HMQC basically gives the same info, I assume it will work the same, and results for $\ce{CH}$ and $\ce{CH2}$ group will also give me the same. Is this correct? Is there any other difference in what happens during the experiment to the $\ce{CH}$ and $\ce{CH3}$ group (or $\ce{CH2})?$

What effect does hydrogen bonding have on H NMR spectra?
Hydrogen bonding is well known to cause large changes in chemical shift values– this is evident if you look up the chemical shift of an alcohol in a data-book (for an aliphatic alcohol this is anywhere between 0.5 and ca. 6.0 ppm depending on solvent/concentration), where a large range of values are given.
Why does Carbon-13 NMR not have splitting patterns?
2017年12月4日 · If you're interested in coupling to nuclei other than 1 H:. coupling to 13 C is all but invisible, considering the low natural abundance of 13 C. Recall that in a 13 C spectrum you are only observing 1% of all the carbons present.

Comparison of COSY and TOCSY for detection of small couplings …
2017年6月1日 · Magnetisation transfer in a TOCSY experiment occurs via a different mechanism than for COSY. The spinlock generates an oscillatory exchange of coherence between spins that is propagated thoughout the coupling network.
What are the effects of radio waves on matter?
2019年9月4日 · Radio waves $10^4$ to $10^{11}$ Hz are not that innocent as is commonly purported. Long time ago there was an demonstration that radio waves of certain frequency can decompose salt water into hydrogen and oxygen (and ignite).
