
Structural transformation and magnetic properties of HoFe
XRD analysis indicates that the structural phase of HoMnO 3 is highly sensitive to calcination temperature. When the calcination temperature increases from 1000 °C to 1100 °C, HoMnO 3 exhibits phase coexistence, transitioning from a predominantly orthorhombic phase to a primarily hexagonal phase.

2017年5月1日 · We report on the magnetic and Mössbauer properties of polycrystalline HoFe 1-x Cr x O 3 (0≤x≤1) compounds. Magnetization data reveals the continuous tailoring of magnetic transition due to weakening of Ho 3+ -Fe 3+ and Fe 3+ -Fe 3+ interactions in the entire temperature range by replacing the Fe 3+ ions with Cr 3+ ions.

2014年6月1日 · We synthesized a series of Ho 1−x Pr x FeO 3 and HoFe 1−x Mn x O 3 polycrystalline compounds to study the A-site and B-site substitution effects on the structural and magnetic properties in HoFeO 3. For A-site Pr 3+ substitution, the spin reorientation temperature increases from 50 K at x =0 to 76 K at x =0.3.

Both HoFeAl and HoFe 0.7 Co 0.3 Al undergo a second-order ferromagnetic (FIM) to paramagnetic (PM) transition at Curie temperatures (T C) of 87 and 82 K, respectively. The magnetocaloric effect is improved by the introduction of Co in HoFeAl compound.
