The Adult Flag Football League is an opportunity for you and your team to compete on the gridiron. 7v7 non-tackle format makes this league fun for all abilities. Register for one of the evening leagues, but teams must be flexible to play on another evening for divisional placement.

3rd & 4th Grade Flag Football Learn the fundamentals of football in a non-tackling league. Flag belts will be used instead of tackling. Mouthpiece and rubber cleats are encouraged, but not required. Practices will take place during the week and games will be on Saturday mornings. Volunteer coaches will make this league possible. Dates: Fall, 2025
