2023年3月13日 · Thunderlord is in the world exotics pool so it has a very small chance of dropping from just about any activity, and will be available occasionally from Xûr. Xenophage has a quest to get it, which can be initiated in Sorrow's Harbor on the moon. You'll want to look up a walkthrough for that, as the quest is not easy to find or follow.
