Huye District Development Strategy is aligned to the National Strategy for Transformation (NST1), a new national strategic framework that is set to guide the initial phase of the revised country vision 2050 which targets at making the making Rwanda a upper-middle income by 2030 and high-income country by 2050, with $1240 income per capita.
